1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have specific meanings. Keep these definitions in mind as you read this document:

• "Platform" refers to the et444 website, mobile version and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the et444 platform.
• "We" or "et444" refers to the authority operating this platform.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered account on the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering you confirm that:

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, using the same IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

At the time of registration you must provide your real name, a valid email address and correct contact details. et444 may request that you complete an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into et444 you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account immediately.
• In some cases there may be a delay due to technical issues or banking delays.
• You must use only a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account verification process has been completed.
• The wagering requirement for any applicable bonus has been met.
• The withdrawal payment method is consistent with the deposit payment method.

et444 reserves the right to temporarily hold any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request for review.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, funds must be deposited for the first time after registration. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the combined total of the bonus and deposit amount can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering conditions have been met.
• A specific promotion applies only once per account.
• Strategic or low-risk betting patterns used to accumulate a bonus (such as placing bets on multiple outcomes at the same time) may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• et444 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the relevant account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The et444 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular play. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0% and Gold members up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Detailed terms for VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Conditions

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on et444 are operated by third-party game provider software. Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game interface. It is recommended that you read the rules at your own responsibility before starting to play a game.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, the result of that round will be determined according to the game provider's server logs. If a game cannot be completed due to an error, the bet amount will be refunded. et444 is not obligated to pay out any advantage gained or abnormal winnings arising from technical issues.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or market. These limits are displayed within the game interface and et444 reserves the right to change them without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Limitation of Liability

et444 is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages or device problems.

• Unforeseen events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions or cyber attacks.

In any circumstances, the total liability of et444 is limited to the amount of funds involved in the relevant transaction.
